P.K. Subban is already in hot water and some are calling for him to be seriously penalized

The Toronto Maple Leafs faced off against the Florida Panthers last night for game number one of their second-round series, and the match was broadcasted on ESPN.

As he officially starts his career as an analyst, P.K. Subban is already in hot water.

After the match, while the panel was discussing what the Maple Leafs need to do to win the series, Subban spoke up and his comment is making the rounds on the web.

"Listen, maybe they need a lunch box the size of Lizzo. In my opinion, they weren't prepared."

Lizzo is a very popular singer.

What Subban mentioned is an English expression that goes like this and means they need to give more, they need to be hungrier.

"Listen maybe they need to pack a Lizzo sized lunch. They weren't prepared in my opinion."

While some fans took it as a simple joke, others immediately started taking things very seriously. Take a look:

Some are calling for a penalty from ESPN and/or the NHL. In short, as you can see under the posts, it's causing a lot of reactions and there are thousands of comments related to this line.
