Star Confirms He Doesn't Want to Be Traded to the Maple Leafs
A trade rumour went around earlier this week between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Arizona Coyotes. Now, Clayton Keller, who was the centerpiece, has addressed it.
Keller Addresses Trade 'Demand'
The sentiment out of Arizona for the past few months has been that Clayton Keller has been unhappy. Many believed he demanded a trade, and a rumour emerged that would send him to Toronto for William Nylander.
Keller addressed this rumour in an interview today, and very quickly shut it down:
"Have you demanded a trade? Is the Nylander for Keller rumor true? Can we finally put that to rest?"
Keller: "(chuckles) Yeah no that's not true. I'm just focused on myself and the team here and I just love this group of guys and this is where I want to be right now"

Well.. Keller would rather play in a college arena than in Toronto. It's not the choice most players would make, but we respect it!
This debunks several major rumours, and it now definitely seems that Keller will be sticking around in AZ. Now, we'll have to wait and see if Nylander stays in Toronto!
