Patrik Laine just reacted to the tragic death of his former teammate and friend Johnny Gaudreau
Montreal Canadiens forward, Patrik Laine, has just reacted to today's terrible news about the death of his former teammate Johnny Gaudreau.
Like all of us, Laine is certainly in shock, and he just reacted on social media.
«Rest in peace brother,» Patrik Laine wrote, along with a heart and candles.
Laine and Gaudreau played together for two full seasons with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Patrik Laine speaks out publicly via Instagram
Honestly, I still can't believe it. I never will.
We're talking about a 31-year-old athlete who was in great shape, who had a wife, who was a father, who was going to attend his sister's wedding, and who died under absolutely horrible circumstances.
See Patrik Laine's post.
We can't even imagine how unbearable this must be for Johnny Gaudreau's teammates, his friends, and especially for his family, his sister, his wife, and his children.
How do you explain to such young children that they will never see their father again? The thought alone sends chills down your spine and gives you goosebumps.
