In tonight's game between the Buffalo Sabres rookies and the Montreal Canadiens rookies, one of the things we are watching is the work of the CH's first overall pick in 2022, Juraj Slafkovsky.
He had a great game:
Also, a new sequence is getting attention, as Sabres rookie Zachary Berzolla tried to destroy Slafkovsky, and it was a monumental failure.
The Slovak didn't flinch, but teammate Lucas Condotta still came to his defense. See the sequence in question:
