A position with the CH does not spark the interest of a former goaltender
Cristobal Huet was a member of the Montreal Canadiens between 2005 and 2008, just before the great outbreak of Carey Price.

"I had a good relationship with him. He was younger than me and I already had a family, but we helped each other. He's a really good guy. I have a lot of respect for him. I ran into him maybe five years ago when I was with my son at a tournament in Quebec, but otherwise I have no contact with him.»
