Alex Galchenyuk is currently in his second stint with the Arizona Coyotes. However, his return has been delayed by an injury, which forced him to miss his first 13 games.
Chucky struggled to get going in the first two games of the season, but he seems to have come into his own the last two games.
The former Montreal Canadiens forward has two points (two assists) in as many games.
Check out his clever pass to Ryan Dzingel to help him score:
Head coach Andre Tourigny seems to be letting Galchenyuk flourish on the ice, while living with his mistakes. Galchenyuk has some offensive potential, but the last few teams he's been on haven't given him the latitude he needs to succeed.
The Coyotes are literally "fixing" him.
Galchenyuk is spending between 15 and 20 minutes on the ice since his return to the game, a nice show of confidence from Tourigny. Will the 30-goal scorer be able to keep up the pace? If he wants to stay in the NHL, he will have to continue to produce regularly.
