After four seasons with the Moscow CSKA in the KHL, Russian Alexander Radulov returned to the NHL with the Canadiens.

In 76 games, the former Nashville Predators had an excellent season, he who collected 54 points, becoming the favorite of Montreal fans.

The association between Radulov and the CH ended quickly, however, as he struck an agreement with the Dallas Stars at the end of the 2016-2017 season.

With its $6.25 million contract over the next five years, he has become one of the pillars among the Stars. Radulov even reached the 70-point plateau in his first two seasons in Dallas.

While the Russian is in his last year of contract, let's say that he has not put the chances on his side to find a new deal.

After 31 games, Radulov has only one goal and 11 assists. His coach did not hesitate to place him to the right of the fourth line with Joel Kiviranta and Jacob Peterson.

Now 35 years old, it may well be that the NHL teams are reluctant towards the veteran. Some rumors go in the direction that a return to the KHL could occur in his case.

It will therefore be interesting to see how Radulov will finish the campaign, but let's say that for the moment, he should not be unanimous in the league. Is a return to Russia inevitable?
