As he mentioned last week, he wants to have a good season with his new leaders and he is extremely excited about the opportunity to play with Martin St-Louis.
Drouin really seems to be in a good frame of mind and we are really looking forward to seeing him in action, he remains a very talented player, as evidenced by, among other things, his selection at third overall in 2013.
Precisely, in anticipation of the next campaign, one of the exercises that is always very interesting to do is to look back at past drafts and re-rank players to see what the new order of said draft would be if it were held today.
It makes it easy to see the teams that made good moves, but also the teams that missed their selection.
The 2013 National Hockey League draft was almost 10 years ago, so we have a much better idea of the quality of the players selected and their real potential.
This is the draft in which the Tampa Bay Lightning drafted Jonathan Drouin third overall.
Here is finally the new order of the 2013 NHL draft, if it were to take place today.
Top 10:
1. Nathan MacKinnon (1st pick)
2. Aleksander Barkov (2nd pick)
3. Jake Guentzel (77th pick)
4. Seth Jones (4th pick)

7. Bo Horvat (9th pick)
8. Sean Monahan (6th pick)
9. Pavel Buchnevich (75th pick)
10. Darnell Nurse (7th pick)
It's amazing to see a few picks this far out that became real steals by making it into the top 10, including the selections of Buchnevich, Theodore and Guentzel, and there are several more below.

As reported by HABSolumentFan, from which we drew inspiration for the rankings, when doing this kind of exercise, it's hard to be unanimous, but we'll be happy to read your choices in the comments!
*Also based on the re-ranking of the experts at The Hockey Writers.
