Last night, during the broadcast of the game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Columbus Blue Jackets on RDS, analysts, including Vincent Damphousse, suggested that it would be Arber Xhekaj who would be the one sacrificed to get Mike Matheson back, according to them.
They explain in particular that the young defenseman Xhekaj made several errors during the last games.
Also, according to them, the fact that he is left-handed hurts him in this situation.
Damphousse also said he would like to see Matheson play on the right side, as he used to play on that side in Pittsburgh.
