As we reported yesterday, Montreal Canadiens forward Jonathan Drouin is currently suffering from a serious wrist injury (upper body) and, unless there is a major turnaround, he will need surgery. This would put an end to his season.
In short, Jonathan Drouin's season is obviously over.
As reported by our colleagues at Marqueur.com, former tough guy and former host at TSN 690, who had been quiet for quite some time on social media, Chris Nilan just posted a video to mock Quebec's Jonathan Drouin (and ridicule his injury).
Oh my god! Jonathan Drouin isn't playing tonight? Come on! Oh my god! What's going on now Jonathan? Oh my god! Watch the game! It's safer to watch it from home!" - Chris Nilan
The video is circulating wildly on social media and has quickly become controversial. It definitely lacks class, according to many, especially towards a player who has been through his fair share of rough patches over the past few months and is already getting a lot of criticism on the internet.
Recall that Nilan had to leave his post at TSN 690 because he did not want to get a shot, which is his right by the way.
