The World Junior Hockey Championship will open its curtain this afternoon. Canada will begin its tournament tonight against the Czech Republic.
One of the two assistant captains, Cole Perfetti, announced that the famous "Hey Baby" tune by DJ Otzi will be back this year when the team scores a goal. Last year, Team Canada Junior used the same recipe.
Perfetti even spoke directly to the fans to announce the news.
"Start practicing your 'Hoo, Ha!' right now." - Perfetti
The vote for the return of this popular song was unanimous among Dave Cameron's players! Even though there are very few fans in the stands in Edmonton due to health restrictions, I am sure they will be ready to answer the call.
