Tonight, the Montreal Canadiens will host the mighty Calgary Flames, who are off to a terrific start to the season. Against this intimidating team, Dominique Ducharme once again opted for Jake Allen, showing how little confidence he has in Samuel Montembeault.

In addition to announcing his starting goaltender, coach Ducharme stated that Ryan Poehling would be playing under Michael Pezzetta and Alex Belzile. If he plays well, he could get more assignments during the game.

As for the other player recalled on Wednesday night, Mattias Norlinder, he will not be donning the Montreal Canadiens jersey... but it could come sooner than later.

Despite a 4th line composed of AHL players, the Red-White-Blue should count on Josh Anderson and Christian Dvorak for tonight's game, according to the speech given by the head coach.

Ducharme took the opportunity to mention again that Jonathan Drouin is still living with headaches at the moment. When will the announcement of a concussion come, guys?

In closing, if Marc-Andre Perreault's understanding is correct, we shouldn't expect to see Cole Caufield back with the team anytime soon. We absolutely hope that he will completely get back to his roots.
