Interesting statement from Carey Price regarding Jaroslav Halak and their history with the CH

In a generous interview on the Blue Pocket podcast, goalie Carey Price talked about many interesting topics.
He notably came back to his famous competition with Jaroslav Halak, when both played for the Montreal Canadiens several years ago.

During this segment, Carey confides that Jaroslav Halak's good performances were a "wake-up call..." for him, for the rest of his career.

Price explained that it was a very beneficial experience for him, who had never been a number two goalie in his life. He also admitted that "Jaro" was playing very well, while in his case, he wasn't necessarily performing up to par, which was hard on his confidence.
Price added that he was determined to come back strong and have a great career, whether it was in Montreal or elsewhere.
This story was finally a big shock for the rest of his career, according to him.
