Justin Barron had a surprise in store for CH fans and journalists for his first speech

The Montreal Canadiens' promising new defenseman, Justin Barron (acquired in the Artturi Lehkonen trade with the Colorado Avalanche), surprised many in the last few seconds during his first press conference with the Montreal media: he speaks very good French:
The young defenseman admitted that he prefers to answer in English, because he is much more comfortable in his mother tongue, but he also mentioned that he wants to work hard on his French this summer, so that he can answer journalists and fans in French next season.
Please note that Barron understands French perfectly, and in fact, French-speaking reporters asked him every question in french.
