Kaiden Guhle has been a member of the Edmonton Oil Kings for three games now, having been acquired on December 1st to solidify their blue line. The number one prospect of the Canadiens has quickly established himself with his new team as he has collected three points in three games.
This team has 19 wins in 26 games and is looking to make a deep run this year. They also have Dylan Guenther, the Arizona Coyotes' first pick in the last NHL Entry Draft, on their roster.
That said, the Oil Kings were in action yesterday as they took on the Winnipeg Ice. With just over 7 minutes left in the third period, Guhle received the puck, he then moved a few strides to use his powerful shot, which foiled Gage Alexander. A bomb for the winning goal, folks! A power play goal!
What footwork! What a blistering shot! This 19-year-old has all the qualities to make it with the Montreal Canadiens next year!
