Kevin Poulin did not deserve what he went through yesterday

In exhibition games, especially the first ones, the goaltenders share the work in front of the net. On Monday night, Jake Allen was on duty for the first half of the game, while Kevin Poulin stepped up to complete the game.
In 30:14 of playing time, Poulin allowed two goals on 22 shots, good for an efficiency percentage of .909%, which is not bad. But what's sad is that the fans at the Bell Centre saw fit to boo him when he made a mistake... Here is the blunder in question:
Poulin had almost been sent into the fray, then in an attempt to get the disc behind the net to Mattias Norlinder, David Kampf placed his stick in the right place at the right time and it snuck behind the red line.
Was it really necessary to yell so loudly at the 31-year-old goalie, who like everyone else, plays exhibition games to get back into the rhythm of the game? Seriously, I was shocked. Totally!
