Many question the timing of Paul Byron's return to the game, who was supposed to join the team in Arizona last week. However, his return with the team was, once again, postponed.
That said, according to the latest report, number 41 will join his team on Wednesday, when the team is back home. I remind you that Byron did not travel with the team on this trip.
Initially, his return was scheduled for mid-December, but the recovery was longer than previously planned.
In the case of Brendan Gallagher, he is expected to return to the team on Wednesday of this week as well. «Gally» hasn't played since December 30th, against the Carolina Hurricanes, where he suffered a lower body injury.
Honestly, Byron's return will do a great deal of good for the leadership of this team. A rather lame leadership due to the absences of Shea Weber, Carey Price and Joel Edmundson. Not to mention the losses of Corey Perry and Phillip Danault.
