The Montreal Canadiens players were back on the ice in the last few minutes for tonight's preseason game against the Winnipeg Jets and the lineup was just announced.

Not surprisingly, there are several changes from last night's lineup, although some players will be back.

Last night in Toronto, only three veterans were in uniform, Joel Armia, Chris Wideman and Jake Evans. Tonight in Montreal, against Winnipeg, there will be more veterans on the ice.

See the complete new lineup:

Dadonov-Dvorak-Gallagher

Caufield-Dach-Heineman

Simoneau-Kidney-Martel

Roy-Gignac-Belzile

Defensemen :

Guhle-Savard

Xhekaj-Wideman

Norlinder-Trudeau

Interesting! Dvorak's trio seems to be making it official, as well as the duo of Kaiden Guhle and David Savard (which could really be one to start the season).

It will also be nice to see the electrifying Cole Caufield back in action, on a trio with Kirby Dach as well! Looking forward to seeing this new duo in action.

As for the Winnipeg Jets, please note that the only regular who will be in uniform (or almost) is Quebec forward Pierre-Luc Dubois.

For details :

The game will be presented at 7:00 pm on RDS.
