Obviously, with Cole Caufield leaving the Montreal Canadiens' lineup, it creates a huge hole on the first line.
Martin St-Louis just announced who will replace Caufield alongside Nick Suzuki.
"Martin St-Louis indicates that Nick Suzuki should play on a line with Rem Pitlick and Josh Anderson tonight against Toronto"
- Montreal Canadiens So here's your new Montreal Canadiens first trio. What a turnaround for Pitlick, who was a Laval Rocket player a few days ago. (and a long way from the Habs' 1st trio)
A nice surprise for him.
Let's just say that it could change a lot of things between now and the end of the season. It's so sad to see Caufield have to end his season this way.
He was literally going to break records.
Anyway, for Martin St-Louis' full media availability:
His last sentence says it all. Let's just say that the injury situation is starting to get really worrying and catastrophic.
