November 7, 2022 (1:07 PM)
As the Montreal Canadiens hit the ice in Brossard in the last few minutes for an early morning practice before heading to Detroit, the organization has just released this:
"Christian Dvorak will not participate in practice today (treatment day)." - Montreal Canadiens It was Josh Anderson who took Dvorak's place today. Recall that Christian Dvorak blocked several powerful shots in Saturday's game and even had to (temporarily) leave the game at one point.
We will probably have more details on his condition in the next few hours, but for now, there is no indication that he is at risk of missing the next game.
Dvorak, 26, had 33 points (11 goals) in 56 games last season and 4 points (3 goals) in 12 games this season. He earns $4.45 million per year and is signed through 2025.
More details to follow!
