You've probably heard about it, it caused a lot of reaction over the weekend, when journalist Patrick Lagacé took on Renaud Lavoie, a reporter for TVA Sports.
Many were waiting for his response, but he preferred to act more intelligently and not stop there. On the other hand, many fans have noticed certain actions taken by the TVA Sports reporter in response to this saga. (In particular, he blocked certain people on Twitter, including public figures who shared Lagacé's text)
On the other hand, this morning, to respond more clearly to all this, our colleague Alex Desrosiers noticed that Renaud Lavoie changed his bio on Twitter.
He wrote: "Hockey reporter (yes yes) @tvasports", and more importantly, he proudly added the mention "Bet99".
Recall that in his text, Lagacé mainly denounces the fact that Lavoie would be a "sandwich man", because he participates in Bet99 commercials, in particular.
The least we can say is that Patrick Lagacé's text did not seem to affect Renaud Lavoie, or make him question himself, quite the contrary.
