With the start of the National Hockey League regular season just ten days away, teams continue to release players and we just learned the names of the players placed on waivers today.
Knowing that the priority selection belongs to the Montreal Canadiens, and that the Tricolore has the "first overall pick" of the waiver wire, it's always interesting to see the names that are available, because Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton have clearly mentioned that they intend to use the waivers to improve their roster.
Today, see the top names available:
Seth Griffith (EDM)
Nate Schnarr (MTL)
Goalie Louis Domingue (NYR)
Sean Day (TB)
Goalie Michael Hutchinson (VGK)
Ashton Sautner (WPG).
More details to follow!
