The Canadiens have officially placed its first player on waivers

In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens organization has just announced that forward Nate Schnarr will be placed on waivers today.

Schnarr, 23 years old and 6 feet 4 inches, had 10 points in 20 games in 2021-22 with the Laval Rocket and 4 points in the playoffs.
He was acquired by the CH (last March) in the deal that sent goalie Andrew Hammond to the New Jersey Devils.
