Via his Twitter account, Sportsnet reporter Eric Engels commented on the situation surrounding Shea Weber.
Many say that he should have been present last Sunday at the Guy Lafleur tribute. Many say that he should be accountable to the fans.
But some, like Eric Engels, don't think so.
"Put me in the camp of people who think Shea Weber doesn't owe anybody anything. It's gotten a little embarrassing with everything that's going on. He's taken out of the equation, captain of the Tricolore in name only. I'd like to talk to him as much as anyone, but he doesn't owe it to me or anyone else."
The debate has gotten so out of hand that we can't answer him. He blocked the option.
Do you agree with him?
