In the last few minutes, TSN's Mark Masters has released the first look of the rosters for Team Canada's 2022 World Junior Hockey Championship.
Montreal Canadiens prospect Joshua Roy is in a very interesting position to say the least.
Roy - McTavish - Bedard
Johnson - Stankoven - Foerster
Othmann - Greig - Dufour
Cuylle - Desnoyers - Gaucher
Ostapchuk - Kidney
Sebrango - Zellweger
O'Rourke - Cormier
Seeley - Thompson
Lambos
Garand
Brochu
Cossa
Absent: Del Mastro
So Joshua Roy starts his ECJ journey on the first three, with phenom Connor Bedard (1st overall pick in the 2023 draft) and possibly the best Canadian forward of this 2022 edition, Mason McTavish.
Wow, we love it and it looks promising! Let's hope this first trio stays intact.
