Allan Walsh, a renowned player agent, is obviously not a fan of Gary Bettman, the NHL commissioner. The commissioner has been criticized for many things, especially since his press conference yesterday, where he talked about Kyle Beach's delicate situation.
Bettman did not directly apologize to Kyle Beach, he apologized for what he went through. A situation that was not applauded by many.
Allan Walsh, for his part, criticized Gary Bettman for not taking concrete steps to deal with big issues, including what happened in Chicago. In addition, he was criticized for his general lack of empathy, for ignoring the problems of substance abuse by players, and for the three lockouts that have taken place during the Bettman era.
Walsh ended his message by being adamant that he wants him out! Bettman has been in place since 1993, a fresh wind may eventually be blowing. After all, a change could be beneficial for the evolution of the League.
