As the Montreal Canadiens' main and official training camp finally begins tomorrow, the organization has just released its final roster (with all players present and each invitation):
MONTREAL -- The Montreal Canadiens hockey club announced Tuesday that 74 players will participate in its training camp, which will get underway on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard, when players will report in the morning for physicals and medical exams.
The camp will continue until Monday, October 10, in preparation for the opening game against the Toronto Maple Leafs at the Bell Centre on Wednesday, October 12.
Of the seventy-four (74) players participating in the training camp, there are 44 forwards, 21 defensemen and nine goaltenders. Forty-seven (47) players are on NHL contracts, while 15 players are participating on AHL contracts. Of the lot, there are four players invited on professional trials.

A NICE SURPRISE
Please also note that Paul Byron, Logan Mailloux and Carey Price are on the injured list, but not Jonathan Drouin, nor Sean Monahan. A very nice surprise at the beginning of the camp!
