Dominique Ducharme confirmed that Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price will be back with the team this Monday. He is visibly ready to join his teammates in a potential return to action.
Remember that the Habs have no idea in what physical shape Price is in. A plan will be developed based on his health status.
Dominique Ducharme even confirmed that Price could get some playing time with the Laval Rocket before returning to play games with the Habs.
Nick Suzuki and Brendan Gallagher were absent from practice today. However, they should be in the lineup tomorrow against the Vegas Golden Knights, as should Jonathan Drouin. Everything will be confirmed on Saturday morning.
Dominique Ducharme also gave an update on Mike Hoffman and his "bad" reputation. According to him, the straight shooter is a good teammate who has the team's success at heart. He even loves working with number 68.
For those who were worried about Alexander Romanov being left out of the lineup against the Red Wings, think again. The Russian has unwavering confidence, if not at the top of his game.
