WAIVERS ALERT: Last Minute Announcement by Renaud Lavoie
We have more NHL waivers action today.
While the Boston Bruins' first-round pick Jakub Zboril was overlooked, today it's forward Dominic Toninato's turn to hit the waiver wire and wait to find out his next destination.
Toninato, 29, is a 6-foot-2 center who was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He scored 6 points in 9 games this season in Manitoba, and 35 points in 50 games last season (21 goals).
In his NHL career, he has 175 games of experience, including 6 in the playoffs.
He will find out his fate tomorrow at 2 p.m.
