We have just learned that defenseman Jeff Petry, who did not finish the last game for his team, will be out for a long time.
The organization has just confirmed that he will be out indefinitely (lower body). Obviously, considering the small number of games left in the season and considering the context, we are entitled to wonder if Petry played his last game with the CH.
In the meantime, the door is opening for the club's new young defensemen, William Lagesson (acquired from the Oilers in the Brett Kulak trade) and Justin Barron (acquired from the Avalanche in the Artturi Lehkonen trade).
Petry, 34, has 16 points (4 goals) in 57 games this season and 42 points (12 goals) in 55 games last season.
More details to follow!
