We may be about to say goodbye to Ben Chiarot

Honestly, Ben Chiarot was solid on Tuesday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning, being effective in his zone. In 25:39 of ice time, he took two shots on net, blocked two pucks and gave away two checks.
Right now, it's fair to say that he's one of the Montreal Canadiens' best players, and with his contract expiring at the end of this season, he's becoming as valuable as a "tower".
The 30-year-old has five goals and six assists in 27 games this year, and his $3.5 million salary is VERY attractive. There's a reason TSN has him at the top of their list of the most attractive players on the market.
At the end of the list are two enigmatic players, Phil Kessel and Evander Kane. The 10th position for Kane, really? He's an attractive individual that the Sharks don't want to see around them anymore? Let's go back to the attraction, shall we?
Anyway, here's a suggestion: let's start saying goodbye quietly to Ben Chiarot, who could leave sooner than later.
