The Canadians are a transformed team since the arrival of Martin St. Louis as head coach.
Not only has the team won its last three games, but the way the Canadians play right now, it's way better.
We have the feeling that the players really want to play for St. Louis and the latter brings the leadership that the team lacked since the beginning of the season. It is obvious that the absence of captain Shea Weber did not help at the start of the season to create chemistry within the team.
And now that the new coach is in place, the pleasure of playing and competing is back and the reporter for Canadiens games at TVA Sports, Félix Séguin, made this rather surprising remark.
Séguin declared, during his appearance on the podcast "La Dose", that the real captain of the Canadiens, well, it is Martin St-Louis himself.
«The players play for Martin St-Louis. They are motivated to play for him. The captain and leader of the formation is St-Louis! »
Do you agree with him?
