It stirred up conversation last night on social media, because it's so extremely rare that it happens, but the excellent Pierre Houde slightly lost patience with a player during the game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

At a certain point yesterday, during an offensive zone attack, Jesse Ylonen completely froze, and he took long seconds before making a play and he created a dangerous turnover.

Let's just say Pierre Houde did not beat around the bush to express his discontent towards number 56.

"Jesse Ylonen, you're not in the American League anymore!"

It's rare to hear Pierre Houde take no prisoners like that.

The video sequence no longer seems available, but you can easily imagine the scene or recall it if you watched the Canadiens' game yesterday.

A quite surprising moment on TV, especially coming from Pierre Houde, but we love it! Don't be surprised if Ylonen is eventually sent to the stands or to Laval.

Ylonen, 24 years old, is a 35th overall pick in 2018. He has seven points in 45 games this season with the CH and 32 points in 39 games with the Laval Rocket, last season.
