Joshua Roy could be sent to the Laval Rocket: Last minute release and it has officially been brought up again as a possibility
Personally, I believed that the "Joshua Roy and the Laval Rocket" case was officially settled, at least for the short term, and that he was going to finish the season with the Montreal Canadiens, but it seems not.
Development: a journalist has once again raised the question for Joshua Roy!
See what journalist Marc Antoine Godin, from Radio-Canada, has just published.
Does he know something we don't?
"Colin White is at the Canadiens' practice wearing a non-contact jersey. It might be a situation to watch in connection with Joshua Roy and Laval." - Marc-Antoine Godin
A situation to watch in connection with Joshua Roy and Laval? We are having trouble understanding, but apparently, there might be a link between Colin White's return from injury and Joshua Roy's return to Laval.
Roy, 20 years old, has accumulated eight points in 19 games with the Canadiens this season and he is absolutely proving that he deserves to stay in Montreal (in the NHL).
It would be a strange message to send to the young players of the organization if Roy is sent back to Laval. A case to follow.
There is also this:
Sending him with the Laval Rocket at the very end of the season, for the last stretch before the playoffs (and possibly for the playoffs themselves), I believe that could be logical.
However, for now, he must stay with the Montreal Canadiens. (in our opinion, at least)
