During last night's game between the Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs, on TVA Sports' airwaves, the insider revealed that, unsurprisingly, Nick Suzuki is officially on the list of alternates for Team Canada ahead of the 4 Nations Showdown, but it turns out Mike Matheson is too! Wow.

Matheson, 30 years old, is a left-handed defenseman from Quebec, standing 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 196 pounds.

Suzuki, 25 years old, is a forward standing 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 207 pounds.
He was a 1st-round pick by the Vegas Golden Knights in 2017 (13th overall). He collected 77 points in 82 games last season and has 46 points in 45 games this season.
