Sidney Crosby with the Montreal Canadiens to End His Career? A TVA Sports Post Causes a Huge Reaction
Over the last few hours, an article from TVA Sports has been causing a huge stir on social media, and it's easy to see why.
Here it is:
They quote the very popular Steve Dangle:
«Of all the whispers I've heard over the past three or four years, there's a solid chance that he [Sidney Crosby] ends his career somewhere other than Pittsburgh, Dangle shared. Montreal is a team I've heard [about], and joining [Nathan] MacKinnon with Colorado [would be another option].»
Do we believe it? Absolutely not.
However, it's interesting to note that this comes from a media outlet in Toronto and was picked up by TVA Sports.
We are, however, convinced that despite the recent struggles of the Penguins, Crosby will finish his career in Pittsburgh.
The Penguins have even acquired star defenseman Erik Karlsson to support Crosby.
Crosby, 36, has accumulated 31 points, including 17 goals, in 29 games this season, which is really impressive. (93 points in 82 games last season)
In his career, he has 1533 points, including 567 goals, in 1219 games.
He is signed for $8.7 million per season until 2025.
