Untelevised Scene: Nikita Kucherov Attempts to Injure a Canadiens Player, and the Footage is Released
This month, star forward Nikita Kucherov has been caught making some dangerous plays against his opponents. One notable instance involved Matthew Tkachuk, but similar incidents have occurred on other occasions.
For those who haven't seen his move against Tkachuk of the Florida Panthers:
Well, it went unnoticed by many, but Kucherov made a similar move last night against the Montreal Canadiens.
A Dangerous Move by Nikita Kucherov
See the post in question here:
«Low key one of the dirtier players in the league, Kucherov gets away with crap like this a lot.
Acts completely bewildered when he's called for it.»
And the footage:
It really could have ended badly for Kirby Dach, and you can see the resemblance to what he did to Matthew Tkachuk.
These are images that are creating a lot of buzz today after being slightly overlooked yesterday.
Speaking of Kucherov, let's remember that he encountered Nick Suzuki last night and must have found the Montreal Canadiens captain to be quite tough.
Let's also recall that the Canadiens defeated the Lightning 5-2 on Sunday to cap off a flawless trip to Florida.
Kucherov, aged 31, has 54 points in 32 games this season, after scoring 144 points in 81 games last season (7 points in 5 playoff games).
He remains quite the hockey player.
