Disappointing statement from David Reinbacher following his selection by the Montreal Canadiens
In an interview following his selection by the Montreal Canadiens as the 5th overall pick, young David Reinbacher shared his plans for the future.
Reinbacher says he still has a year of school, work, and a few things to do before coming over.
In short, Reinbacher is not in a rush to come to North America, and we should not expect to see him anytime soon.
He prefers to play in Switzerland, at least in the short term, rather than joining the Laval Rocket.
It's disappointing because we are eager to see him in action, but the important thing is his development.
More details to follow.
