Now that the Habs have found their new general manager, it's time to get to work. There's no hiding it, Jeff Gorton and Kent Hughes will have their work cut out for them to revive this organization. But which avenue will they choose to revive the Habs?
According to player agent David Ettedgui, the two men will opt for an almost complete rebuild of the Habs. We should not expect a "reset" as Marc Bergevin had stated several times, or simply a few personnel moves. An announcement from the management could be made very soon, in the coming weeks.
This means that the face of the Montreal Canadiens could change drastically. However, fans will have to be patient, because in such a rebuilding process, it can take a long time to get back to a highly competitive team.
Who will be the first to leave for other skies? Who would you like to see stay with the Habs?
