According to Kevin Vallée of 91.9 Sports, this is the fourth time in a row that the Columbus Blue Jackets have watched the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre.
General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen even went there last January weekend with his assistants.
The Jackets scouts will even be back this Saturday when the Habs takes on Columbus at the Bell Centre.
Is a trade between the two teams imminent? The Columbus Blue Jackets are currently 14 points behind the Boston Bruins who are in last place for the playoffs. They are likely looking to add some pieces to their roster in order to have a shot at the playoffs, but it seems to be a nebulous mission.
Let's talk! Would Jarmo Kekalainen be interested in Joel Armia and/or Artturi Lehkonen? I wouldn't be surprised if he paid a high price to try to acquire one of the two Finns.
