The COVID-19 has just hit a third organization in a short period of time. After the Ottawa Senators and the New York Islanders, it's now the Calgary Flames who have to take a break because of some positive tests.
No less than six Flames players have tested positive, putting a pause on the team's activities, which was supposed to face the Chicago Blackhawks tonight (Monday). Elias Lindholm, Andrew Mangiapane, Brad Richardson, Adam Ruzicka, Chris Tanev, Nikita Zadorov and a member of the hockey staff are in isolation.
The team's break will be for three days and then it will be re-evaluated again. The global pandemic will reach its two-year mark early next year. The NHL, like other major sports, must deal with the COVID-19 for a 3rd season...
