It was logical, and the rumor to that effect had been circulating for a few hours, but the Canadiens have just confirmed it.
Samuel Montembeault did the starter's routine and he will be in front of the net in Montreal tonight!

This will be Montembeault's first start since December 7, so in nearly a week.
Montembeault, 27 years old, has a record of 6-4-1 this season, an average of 2.78, and a save percentage of 0.912.
