Scene that Speaks Volumes: Cole Caufield Decides to Change Rinks and Makes a Major Move
As you obviously know, the young forward of the Montreal Canadiens, Cole Caufield, is currently going through his biggest slump since Martin St-Louis took over as head coach.
However, rest assured that Cole is putting in all the effort to get out of it and start filling the net again.
This morning, he took a concrete action that speaks volumes about his superb work ethic.
Without anyone asking him to, after team practice ended, Caufield switched ice surfaces and went to do a lot of overtime to refine his craft.
"Practice over.
Cole Caufield and Michael Pezzetta head to the secondary ice and work on their ability to finish plays.
3 goals in his last 21 games for Cole.
Clearly, he's looking for solutions. And that's good."
- Via Anthony Martineau, TVA Sports Yes, he is extremely skilled with the puck.
We love to see it!
Caufield, 22, has 7 goals and 13 assists, for a total of 20 points in 28 games this season, a pace of 59 points per 82 games.
