Carey Price skated Saturday morning, which is still good news under the circumstances. Even though we know he's skating, what we want is to see him come and talk to the media.
In short, Price skated for about ten minutes on the icy surface of the Brossard Sports Complex. He was accompanied by Éric Raymond, the coach of the Canadiens' goaltenders. They tested Price's knee, but all indications are that his return isn't for now.
As for the other players, it was an optional practice before they fought the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday night at the Bell Centre. But it was reported that Brendan Gallagher and Paul Byron should be back on Sunday to face the Columbus Blue Jackets.
