The Montreal Canadiens had a day off from training the day after their loss to the Oilers and a few hours before the game against the Blue Jackets.
However, Carey Price (knee) and Jonathan Drouin (wrist) jumped on the ice this morning in Brossard, without using a puck.
Carey Price was on the ice for 15 minutes with his full equipment on and according to Renaud Lavoie, it was more intense than yesterday. The situation of the number 31 seems to improve gradually, but patience is required.
For Drouin, let's remember that he will be out indefinitely, but he obviously wants to stay in shape. It will be interesting to have updates on his wrist in the next few days.
Joel Armia and Cole Caufield, who just arrived in Montreal yesterday, also jumped on the ice in Brossard on Sunday morning. They will be available for tonight's game.
Christian Dvorak (upper body) also put on his skates, as did Cayden Primeau.
