Everyone is wondering about Carey Price, who skates 3 to 4 times a week without his equipment. The number 31 is still far from a return to the game, but he should put on the uniform soon and join his team during regular practices in a few days/weeks.
According to Renaud Lavoie, who confirms the doubts that many fans had, Price will not return to the game in 2021. Instead, he will be back in 2022, but NO date is currently circled on the team's calendar.
It's clear that this is not going to be rushed, but that doesn't mean Jeff Gorton should go with the status quo on his goaltending. If he wants to rebuild, Carey Price or Jake Allen will have to be traded.
Several experts indicate that Carey Price could leave for Edmonton, for example, a place where he would fit perfectly. Obviously, Gorton would have to keep 50% of his salary, but the scenario is very plausible.
That's it!
