For the past few days, the Evgenii Dadonov file has been the subject of much ink among the Montreal Canadiens, and many rumors have been circulating.
It was now the turn of the Montreal Canadiens' excellent vice-president of communications, Chantal Machabée, to give us an update on this file.
Interviewed by Martin Lemay on BPM Sports earlier today, Chantal brought some very interesting new information.
See her very pertinent intervention right here :
The fact is, all indications are that Joel Edmundson will be back in action tomorrow, so Kent Hughes will have to make room in his lineup and he will have to clear a spot.
Considering there are currently 15 forwards in the lineup, it makes sense that it's a forward who will bail out, but hey, to be continued.
We'll obviously have the answer as early as tomorrow.
As for Dadonov, did he have a virus? Is it true that his agent spoke with Kent Hughes? Did he talk to the DG himself? What is a day of treatment? Chantal answers all the questions in the clip above.
She doesn't say if he will be the one to suffer (or not) tomorrow.
