Although he may not be able to play hockey again by the end of the season, young Cole Caufield continues to make a positive difference in the lives of fans.
Caufield is one of the most caring players in the entire NHL with the fans and is truly generous with his time.
We have seen further evidence of this in the last few hours.
Check out what RDS reporter Luc Gélinas posted today:
"Cole Caufield is really a damn good guy.
My buddy, André Lapierre, from Trois-Rivières, just sent me this great picture. His wife Charelle is off to Florida for a good time and she ran into the Canadiens' star forward at the Dorval airport. Cole approached to smile at little Jade and Charelle asked him to take a picture. Without hesitation, Cole happily squatted next to the beautiful doll. It looks like this."
See the result:
I'll confirm that it's really not every player in the NHL who is like this, but Caufield is for sure!
He is truly an amazing person off the ice. We love him!
We are lucky to have him, and kudos to Caufield for being the person he is (in addition to being a great hockey player).
