During the game between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Colorado Avalanche, forward Nolan Patrick, known for his many problems with concussions, suffered a dangerous blow, to the head, delivered by Nathan MacKinnon.

We learned that Nathan MacKinnon will NOT face any supplemental discipline for his hit to the head of Golden Knights forward Nolan Patrick, who left the game with a head injury, per David Schoen.
MacKinnon received two minutes for interference on the play.
