At a press conference on Monday, Montreal Canadiens head coach Dominique Ducharme confirmed that forward Christian Dvorak is ready to return to the game.
He would not have suffered from the symptoms of a concussion as a result of the blow to the head he suffered from Jared Spurgeon of the Minnesota Wild on January 24.
In addition, Dominique Ducharme stated that the situation of the defenders prevented him from making a decision concerning the young Ryan Poehling and Cole Caufield, who for the moment cannot be returned to Laval. Their fate will be decided once the team can count on more defensive options.
Finally, Dominique Ducharme was rather optimistic about Carey Price, explaining that it was very positive to see him train on the ice during several consecutive plays.
